How to get frames from HTMLDocument

I'm trying to get frames from the HTMLDocument using HTMLDocument.frames property But then I don't know how I can get something usable from that. In order to use the frames as HTMLDocument. Anyone can help please? Thx.

Thanks Judah for taking time to give me some help. The problem is in the frames collection: frames.item(ref obj pvarindex) I don't know what this parameter (pvarindex) means and how to get my frames by their name. Like: topFrame leftFrame and so on. Any idea?
