how to make this control

hi I want to make a control into which i have to create 4 controls country state  city and description on the basis of selected country specified state should be listed in dropdown and vice versa on the basis of selected state  specified cities should be listed in dropdown and on the basis of selection description should be shown in textbox.. please help me out Thanks
