How to overcome personal site creation problem in sharepoint

Question

I am following these steps and after that got the problem how to solve this.....

In SharePoint Server 2013 Central Admin I do this -
Step 1:Click on

Manage service applications

Step 2: Click on
User Profile Service Application
Step 3:
Click on:

Manage User Profile

And when I find my Profile and then click on manage personal site it shows that The user has not created a personal site.
how to solve this problem ?Please describe in detail!

frustrated after doing lots of R&D on MySite and still it is not working.....

Just visit your MySite host web application. So when you first time go to My Site Host web application Personal site creation starts. OR on My Site Host web application try to post in NewsFeed web part. So that your personal site collection will be crated.

Hi Viipiin If I understand correctly this means for your user account personal (my site) is not get created. I would say please visit your my site host application once your users personal site will get created.
