how to post value from one webpge to anothernavigation scrn

Question

i have login  page have uesrid,password and registering in another one page it has name,address,phone,area,gender

 

and i do some activity in another screen go through by  login

 

now i need if once i login and then doing some activity then go to next navigation screen here i need name,address,phone  how to get this .
