How to print textbox and datagridview

Hi all,

 

   Iam creating one medical application actually im troubling to create print option because most of field is not coming from database its hard coded only Medicine_name field coming from database remaining one is hard coded but now problem  is i unable to print datagridview and textboxes value, below showing you my application and receipt format please friends help me ! actually i really dont know what type of coding should i do and HOW?
