how to save data from Local Folder into System database

Question

Hello Everyone,

I would like to store the data( images,files,etc.,) from Local Folder( C:\Files) into System database or special folders.Then i want insert and retrieve data from that system database or special folders. i would like to retrieve all the files from that with the full path extension.
