How to use linklabel to open an existing web form?

Hi, I am very new to this C# and learning all of my own using internet ,so little to nil knowledge about the language or how to use it.

 

I succesfully created a login form which validates the user credentials and logs in if sucessfull but for new user i want to use linklabel as option to redirect to registration web form.is it possible to use linklabel to redirect to registration.cs form or is there any other possible way to do it.?

 

Please help i am done searching every website which showed response.redirect(didn't help) as option.

 

happy to post any code or any information from my end but to make you clear I have no knowledge whatsoever so request you to keep the question simple so that i can understand well.
