How to use same database for Web and desktop application

hello boddies I am working on online cinema booking system my client want that advance booking can done by windowsform and from website both. when advance booking gets done that got one no. by which they can collect ticket from cinema place. so i done that thing in windows form advance booking running nicely but how to do on website if i use different database that booking will not same and may one seat is going to book at one time in window form and web form. If anybody have some suggestion regarding that matter please let me know Thank a lot in advance !!!

Hi sonu For using same db in both web server and windows application simply assign ip adress in the server name in u r connection string for more detail look at the reffrence cds i give to u on that u can see one html file name as connection string.html in that u can see the connection string using ip adress In this case u need username and password on u r database server I know u r skills so put one more keyword pooling=false; in the connection string because u always for got to kill the objects from memory If u want more goto sql server replication using that method also u can use same database for desktop and windows application Once again The step u have to follow are first create a db on web server create one username and password for this db server then use ip based connection string www.alapattdiamonds.com Sonu's sree
