I am working in a company as .Net developer. I have good skills and a great pickup. I learn things quickly. But i am paid very little. What shall i do? there are few software companies in my state.

heyy ! u need to switch first of all it will increase ur salary(maybe get doubled if u have skills). then afterwards u can switch to company which basically do works on .net framework. (Bangalore Noida Pune Delhi) are best s/w industry hubs
