You should use SQL Server Profiler. The shortest way to identify the issue is just run the SQL Server Profiler on your machine and wait for 5 mins. The profiler will catch the delete query then you can easily identify which triggers that one. In the SQL Server Management Studio Tools menu click SQL Server Profiler. Hope this helps!
