T-shirt and MVPs are awarded based on contributions. Contribute articles blogs and answer in forums. Once you have good amount of articles/blogs you will get a chance to win T-shirt. MVPs are awarded every half yearly. Next it will be announced on 1 Jan 2017. Contribute and get awarded as MVP.
