image zoomIn zoomOut on popup modal in asp.net

Question

i want to display fetched image from poup modal and there is the option to zoom IN and zoom Out when we click zoom in image size will be increased by 10px and it must display in same width and height and center.

Zoom in / out functionality using mouse wheel.. so user can zoom as much as he want.. if you need any further help please let me know..
