inserting a text with a side on the database

Hello, I create an insert query the database but

 

"insert into CLIENT (nom)  values('"+texte_nom.text+"')";

 

but during insertion test I but the name "M'hamed" it shows me an error that meant that the dimension (M'H) poses a problem. are there a solution that allows you to put ready inserted the name without this error?
