kill client processes from server machine

Question

hello friends...
i want to do simple client server app in which server can view the running processes of client and server can able to kill select process of selected client machine.
i know how to get processes of local machine and how to get network machine names.
but im unable to set the communication update client processes?
plz reply soon...

Hello . you can use Microsoft's PsExec Command Line Utility to Close Remote Process . Just Execute it as Process Pass the Needed Arguments like Process p = new Process(); p.StartInfo.FileName = PsExec.exe ; p.StartInfo.Arguments = Argument here ; p.Start(); Download PsExec Utility http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb897553.aspx

hi friends im having some code ill put it here. problems 1. how to get client machine process on server (i want simple way) like process p =new process().getProcess(client machine name); but it is not working. 2. how to communicate with selected client.

evn you can perform this task without using WMI by simply calling some exes provided by microsoft :)

I hope you are doing this under the request of the owner of the systems. Look for WMI; you can probably use that probably with very little programming.
