length of colums of one DataGrid

how I can set up programmatically the length of every column of one DataGrid in relation to the amount of the data in it contained? thanks !

I try to being more explicit: first: the datagrid it is inside a windows form. second I would want to know as I can obtain the same effect that I would obtain with double click between the caption of the columns that automatically expand the larghezza of the column.
