Looking for WCF Hands On *Practice* Labs

Hi I am familiar with the WCF concepts and am looking for a hands on lab that would allow me to build something using the WCF related topics. I would greatly appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction. I have tried Goggling but mostly found articles that start from the basics and has mostly theory to teach you about WCF basics. Thank you for your time.
