Money Distribution In Multilevel Marketing

Hello,
 
I am developing a project based on Multilevel marketing. I am in trouble in distributing money. Suppose I join the company then I give to $100 to company. And I have added three persons then I will get $20 from each member. and rest of the amount will be paid to the company. This process will be same upto three level.
 
Then Can anyone suggest me how should i manage this.
