Navigation in Outlook 2010 Solution module

Question

I want to create a folder / button in the solution module using C# . When the user clicks the folder / button then I need to show the winform form / custom pane .

Is it possible to add a custom button in the Navigation pane in Outlook 2010 ? Or Is it possible for us to change the default behavior for the newly created folders?
