Not Accepting my resignation

Hi all, i worked for an organization for 3 years, I sent a resignation but my boss did not accepting my resignation and asked me for stay with organization for 6 to 9 months. i am not interested to stay. please suggest what to do.

Leave the company they will play a big game after they find a replacement for you. Company start showing that you are need when you put paper .tell some reason that is valid and suitable to you. Experience letter you have to collect it which is important....

Hi, In my opinion just ask again to your management for resignation, After that the management is not accepting your resignation then you can move legally.

Agree with Rajesh. Explain them the situation and reason. Do friendly request. Follow the proper protocol, 30 days or whatever notice period is. If they don't understand, that is not the company you want to work with. Then you can also look into some legal actions but I don't think it matters plus you wont have time for this anyway. The new company you join, you can explain them the same and they should understand. Just be honest in what you do, no need to hide.
