Page not response on server after few times minuts

Hi I am prashant I develop web application in asp.neti deploy application on my hosting serverwhen i login page application run very well but after some time all server controls not fire....means controls not working exp.dropdwon i set the property as autopostback true.....plz help me...

Can you describe more what does it mean controls are not working?? Is those controls are not displaying or throwing any exception??
