restart my Window form Application if it is not responding

Hi Team i createdone window application( with setup) to read data from OPC server it is running fine in background with NotifyIcon control but randonmly it stopped working so i am not able to identify the exact resion . so can it be any possiblity to restart my window setup application automatically in timer. kindly help me in this problem thank in advanc
