Searching control to visualize sensor data

Question

Hi I have to display some sensor data (single integers) in a sort of point/time graph. I was wondering if someone of you knows a free control which could be useful in this situation? I found sth which looked like what I needed but I didn't found out how to include it in my C#-project. Hmm this seems to be to simple for my purpose but thx anyway. Found sth. different written completely in C# hope that will work it out.
