Can i virus check any uploading file using ASP.NET

Question

i m currently doing a project where i can allow the users to upload files. Naturally i have to check the uploading files for virus using any antivirus software. Does anybody have any idea about how this can be done using ASP.NET Thank you I m eagerly awaiting a reply
