Service UnAvilable Error Solution Durring Hosting Of Web App

Question

Hi, First Time i'm Hosting one Web Application, by putting in wwwroot folder and and I created Application Pool and I Setted App Pool Start Automatically To False.

Even Though I'm Getting the Error of Service UnAvailable So Any body can Help To Fix Bug...........???????????
