SharePoint search Service on SharePoint 2013 foundation

Hi I am Rohit,

 

My question:-

 

I have created the SharePoint 2013 search Service using powershell on Our local enviroment. After installed the Search Service then we have created the site with port 80.

But search Service is not implemet on created site or central administration. We are Not able to find any searchable item after completed the creawled. Please find help me. I am stuck last 2 week.
