Sliding Progress/Activity Bar

Question

Does anyone know of a control or how to create a progress/activity bar that is used in the MSI installer. The one that kind of looks like a cylon or the front of KITT (you all remember knight rider). I want to do this to show active scanning. Any help would be great. Thanks, Eric Renken
