sql server 2008 r2 report rendering issue

Question

Hello I have sql server 2008 R2 with .net framework 4.5. Some Reports are not rednering. This is happening with some reports only. I have also read log file but there is no error or warning found. This reports are rendering properly with sql server 2014. Can any one help?

Hey Akshay I did not get any error it is simply showing Report is being generated and no error has been logged. when you check CPU Utilization it consumes almost 90 to 95 % CPU memory. and fortunately i find solution. it was reporting service issue. Version of Reporting service 2008 r2(10.50.1600.1) was consuming high CPU utilization. which was resolved by microsoft in later release. Thanks for Response and taking interest to solve my issue.

What error are you getting can u share some error snippet if you are running on seerver see e3ventviewer logs

Hi Akshay Thanks for response. i am already using stored procedure and it seems like it is an issue of reporting service not of browser.

Kindly try in a different browser Try to Use Store Procedure by specifying paramaeters
