submit data in database (MsSQL )

Question

HI i have a form in which 10 textbox and when i submit form data of 2 textbox save in 1st table then get auto generated ID and next 6 textbox datand with ID of previous data save in 2 nd table then rest of textbox data and previous ID save in 3rd table using asp.net C# in MS SQL Server plz help me

For the multiple tables save in single click then better to use XML. all textbox values take it into one datatable and convert into XML and pass that into db. In sql Sp then read the xml values and save in first table and call the Id to and pass the second table. it will work .
