To build dynamic string for stored procedure in vb.net

Dear Friends, I want to create dynamic string for stored procedure in vb.net. I mean if i have 5 fields in a table then i need to write 5 statements to create parameter for command object but i want to create it by using data table. because i have all the information in it. if you have done it earlier or any idea then pls mail me.
