Udp socket Program in windows phone 7.1 not working?

Question

I am using code from MSDN "How to create and use a UDP socket client app for Windows Phone" its working fine on local machine but when i am trying to receive the data from a different machine on same network running the echo and quote of the day service its not receiving any data.
