Uploading credentials to Azure

Question

Azure is so complicated. I have tried to use the articles about Azure in this web site but they either don't help or I am just too confused.

I am getting the error:

The HTTP request was forbidden with client authentication scheme 'Anonymous'.

The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.

when I try to add a credential to authorize VS to deploy my project to Azure. I am not sure that what I am doing is what I need to do. The attached zip should have a jpeg showing the dialog. When I click on OK in the dialog, I get the error shown above.

I am attempting to publish the project in Cloud Computing: Hello World, Welcome to Cloud Computing by Suthish Nair.

Sam I'm getting the same problem: Error: A parameter was incorrect. Details: The remote access certificate does not have a private key. Did you manage to solve the problem?

Thank you Suthish; your article helps. It helps to know that we need to use the Management Certificates section to create the certificate and that we need to get the Subscription ID from there. That got me past the error I asked about. Now I am getting the error  The remote access certificate does not have a private key. . That might be caused by other things I did trying to get things to work so you might not be able to help with it. I will work on it myself.
