user Profile service application

Question

I created User Profile service Applications Using OOTB

Application Management->Service Application->Manage Service Application->I created New User Profile service Application

After that i started User Profile Syncronization service under services in server it taking more time to start how can i resolve this problem

After refresh the user profile service synchronization is started after 1hour.But creating site collection is not working After created Site Collection its getting error like this

Firstly make sure that server has sufficient memory. Secondly is there any code which is taking more time to execute like connection to Database or any network on On_Start event. Thirdly please try once in your local and see if it works first then some network/memory/setting issue.
