Announcement list is not coming- SharePoint publishing site

Announcement list is not coming in publishing site. while add a app page not contain the announcement list. I want to create custom announcement list in my SharePoint portal

Go the Site Action -> Site Settings -> “Manage site features” under Site Actions. Activate “Team Collaboration Lists” feature. This feature should be active for adding announcement list.
