vb6 to c#

Question

Is there some kind of tutorial or how-to that shows you how a vb6 guy can pass to c#? Something that says: "this is how you did it with vb6 and now this is how you'll do it with c#"? if there aint any, i think that someone should write something down. Thanks . MrJC

I would suggest to look for a Book C# for VB programmers or something like that. I belive Apress has a book on that.

you can put a CCW (COM Callable Wrapper) around .NET applications (C#) which will allow you to call .NET from VB6 using attributes in C#. To go in the other direction you can access COM in VB6 by importing the VB6 executables type library (assuming your VB6 app is a COM server or active x) control. You can also access any Windows dll or winapi using the dllimport command. -Mike
