what is agile model in mvc ?

hi frnds I am beginning for Mvc ...i had attend the Interview Yestreday .he asked which model you are using agile model or waterfall model .if any one know this Please tell me share it. I think our working procedure . i mean based on the watterfall model method we should be work rgt....? please tell me what it is....? why we using this procedure...?

Let me clear few things. Agile / Waterfall is the Software Development methodology. It has nothing to do with your technology. Waterfall model is linear model. Process steps are conception initiation analysis design construction testing production/implementation and maintenance If you have requirement changes frequently we prefer Agile methodology. In agile we have sprints. We have user story and Product Backlog. Based on the capacity and priority we take up User Story. User story are the bunch of requirements which are pending or ideas to implement. In agile there will be Scrum master / Product Owner. There will be no project manager in Agile.
