Why is code not updating?

Question

I am using MS Visual C# and for some reason I cannot update my code. Did I change a setting or is there a bug? I have tried restarting with no luck and for some reason it is still using my old code. Anyone know a way that I can fix this problem?

Are your source files set to read-only? Are you trying to modify them while the app is running in Debug mode? Are you using a source control application and forgetting to check the files in after you make your changes?
