work experience for 2 year as .net developer

Hello friends.. one of my friend as me about the experience and work for 2 years as .net developer in the company.what would be the role and task given to him if he is hired as 2 years.work will be more or can easily do if u have knowledge

Azam role & responsibility not only depends upon year of experience. It also depends upon company. Role & responsibility varying company by company / team to team / project to project / year of experience. 2 years of experience is not more but if company is small / middle type then may be he/she will get many responsibility. Where as if company is big means MNC type then they are treating 2 years of experience as a fresher only. So whatever we should always be prepare for the upcoming challenges . So advice him/her to be clear in all basic things of their skills on which they recruited. If this is helpful ffor you then please accept my Answer .
