Hello Help Desk,I am Amit Tiwari from Kanpur(U.P). I am a Software Engineer . My nephew’s is studying in Doon International School Kanpur and Chintels School Kanpur. There is collaboration between Yes Bank, Doon and Chintals to deposit the schools fee in bank. Dated 15.07.2016 approx. 12:45 I went Yes Bank(Govind Nagar, Kanpur Branch) to deposit the schools fee of my both children. People’s came through the queue to deposit the fee, suddenly one person(which was known by your employee) came at branch and talk to an executive without even come to an queue. Your executive stopped to deposit the school fee and entertain to the non-queue guys, some people oppose the same things then executive behaved with me very badly and used wrong words for me. so that’s the way you treat the customers .. seriously it’s a big question mark on ur services ..?? Your executive told us that YOU ARE NOT OUR CUSTOMER, even same things did by Branch Manager(Gaurav Modi), he was also telling to us “KI HUM TUME DEKH LEGE”. Is this the way you talk to your customer? Most of people in did not like his behaviours and try to convince him that you are doing the wrong thing to your customer. Branch Manager told me that WE ARE NOT DEPOSIT YOUR FEE IN THE BRANCH BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT MY CUSTOMER. Even he is not telling his name and contact number. When I told him that I want to talk to you, then he told me that he is busy and cannot talk to you. When I asked for the time then he told me it take around 30 min to entertain you. Finally I leaved from the branch WITHOUT DEPOSTING THE FEE. After 5 min I saw branch manager to smoke outside of the branch. He don’t have the time for customer and have time for the time pass. Please take an action against and Branch Manager and fee collection employee immediately. IN YOUR BRANCH HAVE CCTV CAMERA YOU CAN SEE ALL THE STORY IN CCTV FOOTAGE BETWEEN 12:45 PM to 1:15 PM on 15.07.2016 FOR THE TRUTH. I am waiting for you action against the employee and bank manager. Please reply me. I hope you will give the positive response.
