How IIS 6.0 is different than IIS 5.0 ?

IIS5.0 suprrots windows 2000 server family where as IIS6.0 supports windows 2003 server family.
IIS5.0 stores the configuration in binary format where as IIS6.0 stores data in XML format.
IIS5.0 supports 32 bit and IIS6.0 supports 64 bit.
