I am writing a web site to 1. Blog 2. Download Files 3. Account (1.Operator(ViewBlog Download Files), 2.Admin1(Blog), 3 Admin2(Upload/Delete Files). All functions are separately built and needed to immigrate into One project. What the procedure ?
