you can even use Bulk copy in and Bulk copy out feature of SQL Server. so that u can copy or move the data from one db to another db.

you can import data from sql server 2005. Open sql server 2005. Select database, right click on database, select imports functionality. In that source = microsoft access database, select database file name, on next it will ask for destination database. in that select sql server database in which you want to import it.
