About crystal viewer in WPF

Question

We are facing Exception at report.Load(rpt file path); Exception: CrystalReportsException was unhandled load report failed. plz help why this exception occured? also tel while writing the address i.e rpt file path which slashes(forwar or backword)we have to use?
