Hi For a good developer whether in C# or any language you need spirit to learn never say i know this better because there is someone who is more better than you. Try to teach others which will improve your skill and knowledge. Don't run after new new technologies but try to master one remember every tool in this industry remains still till last. Additionally A Good C# programmer should have basic fundamentals clear. Try to adapt new methods which makes your code more bug free and readable. Try to make your own framework which can be later reused in other projects. Co-ordinate with your team members and share the code your working this way you are recalling your code learns teaching techniques and many more you will know when you try this. Don't this this guy/girl is my senior or junior they might be senior or junior in post but they can be good team member. If you have good team you can do anything. Cheers.... Thanks...
