about scrolling of databse content

Question

hi all,
i am working on a project using vb.net 2003 and sql server 2000.in a perticular page of my project,i have some data which
is coming from database.i want this data should scroll automatically from down to up direction as long as we see the page.i have used an user control to display the database content.if anyone has the solution of my problem,please send it to me with proper code.in case of any confusion,if anyone wants more information  please contact me on my e-mail id [email protected]
