access classes in a dll on webserver

Question

Hellow I have created dll for my business logic and put it in Bin thats why I can Access that folder now I put it on webserver and I am not able to access classes in that dll.

I hav created namespace epa while i write using epa; it works fine in local environment but in webserver it gives error that namespace is not defined

As Amit said you need to add the reference to your code behind. for eg: using System.IO

how you want to access those classes through reflection or using the namespace by adding the reference?? or is it the WCF based application ?? Please eleborate little more..
