access denied problem in create file in win 7

hi all i write app in c# that creat file in system32 directory. this app work in win xp but not work in win 7. how i can resolve this problem?

ok just a question i found it in C# but i can't find Application Manifest File in vb.net or it have different name? other question: where is mark answer?

Your problem is most likely due to UAC. Add the App.manifest to your project (Add new item - Application Manifest File) and uncomment &change the requestExecutionLevel tag to the following level = requireAdministrator />

You don't provide enough information to describe the problem adequately for a useful answer. The access denied error is a general error that might not be a security problem at all. Software security experts would consider it to be very bad advice to automatically use Administrator privileges when an application does not work.
