Access to Socket denied

Question

Hi I have an web application and it has been hosted on azure portal. I am facing an issue as follows: an attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions I am stuck in this error .Please suggest me some solutions. Thanks and regards Prachi
