Access to the path ' ... ' is denied.

Question

Hello Folks, 

I am having this exception where I am not allowed to reopen or change a file... I have opened a file from one place and then I change the path and try to open the copy of the same file at different location. Instead I have this exception "Access to the path ' ... ' is denied.".

Need urgent help!
