Accessing a ASP.Net web page on server from Client

Hi

I am doing a project..........I wil be provided with two PCs with internet........server and client.....I am building the web page on server......and I want to access this page from client.........how to do this plz help.....

If you want to access your server website from client system then both the system must be in Intranet/LAN. If still not configured contact your Network Team. You must also configure IIS on web server so that the respective website can be accessed from client system.

Hi Bhagyashree All you need is to develop your application and install IIS server on the same pc and then create virtual directory of your application and the job will get done and you can access it by using ip address or using computer name that's it !!! Feel free to ask if any query!!!!

Hi Bhagyashree I you are developing a web application and you want to access it from other pc there is no need to do socket programming and all. Can you exactly what you are trying to achieve.

Hi Bhagyashree You need to install IIS server and create virtual directory for your applciation and access it from other PC with the help of the computer name i.e. http://PC1/MyApplication/Default.aspx.

first u connect both computer with networking ...then u can access it if u provide 2 computer one is server or second is client then what is requirement of the internet give brief description..............for more help
