Accessing my webcam

Hello I need to create a programm in C that will capture video from my webcam in real-time and sent it throught internet to another terminal. Can anybody help me with that?

I know that you are searching C programm but i think that you will find more solution if you use this C# programming method. It's possible that your problem has been solved before but there is a solution which can help you how can you connect and capture your cameras picture and send to in email or if you visit this site you can find ftp solution to store and send picture. Besides that you can find an example and methods which can help in your problme. I hope that your problem will be solved with this option.
